Supertreat GmbH Solitaire Grand Harvest – Influencer Giveaway (“Activity”)
Official Rules
- ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS ACTIVITY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Activity is open to participants who are at least 21 years of age or older as of the time of the comment submission and who are legal residents of US, who have entered the giveaway hosted on the influencers channel, by way of commenting “WIN” on the post.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual and any or all of his/her submission application(s) if he/she is deemed by the Company to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violating the Terms of Service; (c) violating the conditions of use and/or general rules and/or the official contest rules; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or act fraudulently in any manner. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
Supertreat GmbH, including all its affiliates and parent companies (together: the “Company”) together with its parents, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising & marketing agencies, and persons living in the same household as such persons are not eligible to participate in the Activity, however, Cherry Pick Talent will not be liable if a prize is awarded to any ineligible entrant in circumstances where Cherry Pick Talentdid not know and ought not to have known that the entrant was ineligible. The Activity is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.
- ACTIVITY PERIOD: The Activity starts on May 22, 2025, at about 13:00 PM GMT+1 and ends on July 31, 2025 at about 13:00 PM GMT+1 (“Activity Period”). Cherry Pick Talent’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Activity.
- HOW TO ENTER:
- During the Contest Period each influencer, as designated by Company (“Influencer”) will ask to publish the comment: “WIN” on the Influencer’s official social media. Each influencer will tell its audience where to publish this comment.
- Comment the word “WIN” as instructed by the influencer.
- Like and comment on the post.

Only one entry is allowed per person.
Entrants are prohibited from using multiple names, email addresses, or any other means to enter more than once. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. Any use of macro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or like entry methods will void all entries by such methods, and entrants using such methods may be disqualified.
- WINNER SELECTION: Influencers will randomly select one (1) winner from the individuals who posted “WIN” on the influencer-branded social post during the Activity Period (the “Potential Winner”).
- PRIZE: The winner will receive the displayed giveaway items from the influencer-branded social post.
Approximate Retail Value: $1,000 – $2,000 USD
EACH WINNING PARTICIPANT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY FEDERAL OR STATE TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH OR INCURRED BY THE PARTICIPANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE. CHERRY PICK TALENT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE TAXES, IF ANY, THAT MIGHT BE INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH A WINNING PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any portion of the Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Prize or any component of the Prize, all such representations and warranties are hereby disclaimed.*The full details of the prize will be disclosed on the influencer’s social media post.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Potential Winner will be announced publicly via the social channels’ pages of the Influencers on or around November 4, 2024. If any Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules or if any prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, such Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
By entering the Activity, entrants’ consent to the Company and/or Cherry Pick Talent’s use of the winners’ name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
- MISCELLANEOUS: This Contest is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram and participants hereby release both Facebook and Instagram from any claim or liability related to this Contest. All expenses and costs accrued in connection with the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Potential Winners. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Activity, as solely determined by Cherry Pick Talent, will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Activity may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Cherry Pick Talent reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cherry Pick Talent’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Subject to any directions of a regulatory authority, Cherry Pick Talent reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Activity or proper play of the Activity, as determined by Cherry Pick Talent in its sole discretion. In such event, Cherry Pick Talent reserves the right to award the prize for any affected drawing(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment for such drawing(s). If any such malfunction, error, disruption or similar damage occurs and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Activity, subject to any directions of a regulatory authority Cherry Pick Talent may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Activity by posting a notice within the App. Cherry Pick Talent is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, or damaged entries. Cherry Pick Talent’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Activity. Any federal, state and/or local taxes on said Prize are the Participant responsibility to pay. Participants agree to return immediately upon demand to the Company the Prize, or the value of the said Prize, which has been awarded to Participant if any statement made by such Participant in an affidavit is false. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the submission, the Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; Any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out of pocket costs incurred, but in no event will attorney’s fees be awarded or recoverable; Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Participant knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, business opportunity, damage to reputation or goodwill and/or any other similar damages; All timelines and the predicted schedule are under the Company’s sole discretion and may be changed from time to time without prior notice by the Company to the Participants.
- LIABILITY & RELEASE: By participating in the Activity each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Company and Cherry Pick Talent, and each of it respective parents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and their advertising, promotional and judging agencies (the “Activity Entities”) from and against any and all liability, injuries, loss, claim, damages, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Activity or receipt or use, misuse, in ability to use or possession of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) human error or unauthorized human intervention in the Activity; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, mobile devices, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, damaged or postage due entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Activity or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons, including death, or property (including computers or mobile devices) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Activity or receipt of any prize; or (g) delay or damage in the shipment or delivery of the Prize. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of USA without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Nevada, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.
